 Scott Hansen, PhD Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Hansen is a Licensed Psychologist who has received four Masters Degrees and a Ph.D. He began his academic career at Valparaiso University, where he studied Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Continuing his studies at Luther Northwestern Seminary, he received an M.A. in Systematic Theology. He then entered a doctoral program in Philosophy at Syracuse University, studying under world-renowned philosopher William Alston. He began his graduate work in psychology at Pepperdine University before entering the doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at California School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Hansen's specialty is romantic love and relational compatibility. He has been presenting Workshops and Seminars on relationships for the past ten years. He currently works in Oceanside as Program Coordinator at Turning Point Crisis Center, a short-term adult residential treatment facility for clients with acute psychiatric disorders. He resides in San Juan Capistrano with his wife Kim and his sons Kalin and Jamie.
